Ingredients

  • Olper’s Cream (room temperature): 200 ml
  • Semi-Sweetened Dark Chocolate (chopped): 80 grams
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Cinnamon Powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Ice Cubes: As required
  • Cream (chilled): ½ cup
  • Chocolate Shavings: For garnish

Directions to Prepare

  1. Prepare Hot Chocolate
    • In a saucepan, combine Cream, dark chocolate, milk, and cinnamon powder.
    • Cook on low flame while stirring continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
