- Add almond flour and Himalayan pink salt, and mix thoroughly. Transfer this almond mixture to a piping bag fitted with a nozzle.
- Assemble the Croissants:
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally and place both halves on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
- Pipe the almond filling onto the base half of each croissant, then cover with the top half.
- Pipe more almond filling on top of each croissant and sprinkle almond flakes generously.
