Ingredients:

King Fusion Burger Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp mustard paste
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbsp pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tbsp vinegar

Beef Patty:

  • 500g beef mince (with 10% fat)
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt (or to taste)
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Cheddar cheese slices

Assembling:

  • Burger buns
  • Salad leaves
  • Sliced tomato
  • Spicy chips (as needed)

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the King Fusion Burger Sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine the Sriracha sauce, honey, mayonnaise, mustard paste, BBQ sauce, pickled jalapenos, Himalayan pink salt, and vinegar.
  2. Mix well until smooth and set aside for later use.

Step 2: Prepare the Beef Patties

  1. In a large bowl, add the beef mince, Himalayan pink salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and egg yolk.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
  3. Grease your hands with a little oil, take about 80g of the beef mixture, and form into a ball.
  4. Heat a cast iron griddle over low flame, add some cooking oil, place 2 meatballs on the griddle, and cover with butter paper. Flatten the balls using a patty press.
  5. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Flip the patties, add a slice of cheddar cheese, cover, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Step 3: Assembling the Burger

  1. Toast the burger buns if desired, then spread a generous layer of the prepared King Fusion Burger Sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
  2. Add salad leaves, a cheese-topped burger patty, a slice of tomato, and another cheese-topped patty.
  3. Spread more fusion sauce on the top half of the bun, then crush some spicy chips with your hands and sprinkle them over the burger.
  4. Serve immediately with a side of French fries or ground beef fries.
